To set up a dual wallpaper on portable displays, you must first ensure your operating system treats the portable monitor as an extension of your primary screen. Step 1: Configure Your Display Settings
Before configuring backgrounds, your computer needs to recognize the second screen. Connect your portable monitor via USB-C or HDMI.
Right-click an empty space on your desktop and select Display settings.
Scroll to the Multiple displays dropdown and choose Extend these displays.
Drag and align the monitor icons to match their physical positions on your desk. Click Apply. Step 2: Choose Your Wallpaper Method

Right-click the desktop and click Personalize, then select Background. Ensure the “Background type” is configured to Picture.

Choose Set for monitor 1 for your main screen and Set for monitor 2 for your portable display. Method B: Spanning One Image Across Both Displays
Find a wide panoramic image. For two 1080p side-by-side screens, look for a 3840×1080 resolution image. Open Personalize > Background. Upload your panoramic image via the Browse option. Look for the Choose a fit for your desktop image setting.
