The Dr.Web Anti-virus Remover Tool (also known as drw_remover.exe) is an emergency utility used to completely purge Dr.Web anti-virus software when standard Windows uninstallation fails or gets corrupted. How to Use Dr.Web Remover Tool
Download the Official Tool: Download the executable file directly from the Dr.Web Support Site.
Boot Into Safe Mode (Recommended): Restart your computer into Windows Safe Mode. This prevents remaining Dr.Web active services or self-protection features from blocking the removal tool.
Run the File: Locate drw_remover.exe in your downloads folder, right-click it, and select Run as administrator.
Enter the CAPTCHA: A small window will appear displaying a random string of numbers or letters. Type this code into the text box to verify you are a human and bypass automated script blockers.
Start Uninstallation: Click the Remove (or Удалить) button. The utility will automatically scan your registry, system directories, and drivers to delete all residual elements.

If the emergency utility still leaves behind files or errors out, you must generate a system log for the support team:
Download the official diagnostic log tool via the Dr.Web Support Page. Run dwsysinfo.exe and click Generate report.
Take the resulting .zip folder and submit it via a support ticket on the Dr.Web Help Portal.
